Mr. Andy Carter, Digital Projects Manager at ATLA (American Theological Library Association), is responsible for developing collaborative digital projects to support expanded access to digital collections at religious and theological libraries. His previous positions include Digital Projects Archivist for the Digital Library of Georgia at the University of Georgia Libraries and Digital Projects Librarian at Memphis Public Library. Carter became a Certified Archivist in 2011 and holds an MLS from Emporia State University.
