Jesper Klein
National Library of Sweden/Swedish agency for accessible media Investigator/CIO
Stockholm, Sweden
With over 15 years in the accessibility field, among other positions head of R&D at the Swedish digital library of talking books and braille, I'm a promotor of inclusive publishing and accessibility in the mainstream trough universal design approaches to books and reading services. I chair the DAISY Consortium and this spring I also work part time for the National Library of Sweden writing a national library strategy to support the evolution of the Swedish library sector until 2030. This is on comission by the Ministry of culture and democracy in Sweden.
I'd love to talk to people about
- Shared digital infrastructure for libraries
- E-books in libraries
- How to make library services more inclusive to people with print disabilites
